With the development of security surveillance, more and more families buy surveillance cameras and install them on their own. Because most individual users are not familiar with installing surveillance, most of the cameras they buy are wireless WIFI or 4G wireless network cameras.

6. The antenna inside the camera is in poor contact. Open the housing of the wireless network HD camera and insert the camera antenna back into the corresponding interface!
Can 4g surveillance cameras record audio? How can I turn on the recording function?
Whether the 4g surveillance camera can record audio needs to see whether the camera is equipped with a pickup or microphone, and then see whether the camera has the function of recording synchronous recording. If the camera has a pickup or a microphone and has a recording function, you only need to turn on the recording function in the camera’s settings. Some cameras also enable the recording synchronization recording function by default.

How long the surveillance video is automatically deleted depends on the number of surveillance cameras used by the current surveillance system, the stream of the camera, and the capacity of the hard disk! The higher the resolution of the camera, the more high-definition quantity, the larger the storage space required!
The general surveillance system defaults to loop recording, that is, when the hard disk storage space of the surveillance system is full, the surveillance system will automatically start overwriting from the first recording! Of course, you can also manually set to automatically pause the recording when the storage is full!
How to solve the black screen after the hard disk video recorder is turned on and displays the color bar or LOGO?
When the network hard disk video recorder is powered on, it enters a black screen after it is loaded into the color bar or the LOGO is turned on. What is the reason?

Step 1. Unplug the hard disk power supply and data cable, check whether the video recorder is successfully powered on, you can check the mouse light, Ethernet port, etc., it is recommended to use the standard power supply of the hard disk video recorder;
Step 2. Check whether the resolution of the currently used display is too low. The default output resolution of some hard disk video recorders is 1920*1080. When the maximum resolution of the display is less than this resolution, there is no interface output. You can press and hold the right mouse button for 10S to display Turn on to reduce the output resolution; if this method does not work, use the corresponding computer client to add the video recorder to the computer client, then enter the video recorder settings, and reduce the output resolution of the video recorder;
Step 3. Remove all external devices and power on separately, and check again whether the interface has output. Video recorders generally support simultaneous output of VGA and HDMI signals.
