2. QUESTION: How do I fix wireless pairing failure?
ANSWER: In the process of wifi pairing, the phone and camera should be close to each other, and the wireless name and password
should not appear special symbols and Chinese characters, or the pairing will fail.
3. QUESTION: The camera shows online, but can not be displayed when click in to watch,how to solve it?
ANSWER: It’s the network that’s causing the connection buffering, just reboot the router and camera.
4. QUESTION: How to solve the problem of AP hotspot not being searchable?
ANSWER: A.If you can’t find the equipment hotspot, first check if there is a network cable connected to the network port on the tail line, you need to unplug the cable and reboot before the hotspot can appear.
B. If there is no hotspot after unplugging and rebooting, you need to restore the factory settings of the device manually. Press and hold the tail-wire reset button for about 10 seconds, release it and the reset is successful, wait for about 40S before the hotspot appears after reset.
